Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC) is a voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancers. They provide 30 grants to Canadian researchers investigating innovative treatments and cures. They also provide free information and support services to patients and caregivers. The LLSC mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Their annual Light the Night Walk attracts supporters across the country. We help LLS Canada keep up with the shift in their audience behaviours by helping their team be confident on Facebook, Instagram and Google.

One of Canada's largest and most-respected non-profits, JDRF Canada has been a leader in the search for an end to type 1 diabetes (T1D). Their web presence is extensive and is the foundation of two signature events: the TELUS Walk to Cure Diabetes, and the Ride for Diabetes Research. We worked with this team to first identify how their online audience is changing, and then create measurable projects to retain more of their audience, as well as attract new visitors to their websites. Through a combination of Google and Facebook marketing, matched with a close eye on Google Analytics, we increased site traffic and converted more registrants and donors on both desktop and mobile devices.

Leukaemia Foundation of Australia

Their signature special event, The World's Greatest Shave, is a household name in Australia. The challenge is that more participants and donors are reading email and visiting websites on smartphones and tablets, and fewer and fewer are using their desktop and laptop. We worked with this large and cutting-edge charity to create a baseline for the conversion rates of their three donation funnels: desktop, tablet and smartphone. We then worked with them to implement actions designed to increase conversion rates. We also provided strategic advice regarding ways they can convert event-participant to monthly-donors.
